風営法とはキャバレー、パチンコなどの風俗産業を営む場合、絶対に関わってくる法律である。当然この法にふれる者・店舗に関しては法律で罰せられる。未●年の少女を雇うのは当然違法である。本作品は、違法風俗店経営者との交渉で入手した、経営者の盗撮映像である。
풍영법이란 카바레, 파칭코 등의 풍속산업을 영위할 경우 절대 관련되는 법이다. 당연히 이 법에 접하는 자·점포에 관해서는 법률로 처벌받는다. 미연의 소녀를 고용하는 것은 당연히 불법이다. 본 작품은 불법 풍속점 경영자와의 협상으로 입수한 경영자의 도촬 영상이다.
