Mira Kanda, also known as Secure 3, is the only red member of the Detective Sentai Secure Rangers who fight against the evil organization Despair. Mira succeeds in preventing Despair's ``Dr. Shiraishi abduction plan'' based on information from a certain source. A certain source...it's Kurt, a monster belonging to Despair... Kurt works as Mira's informant in hopes of destroying Despair. However, Geizra, an executive of Despair, realizes that there is a traitor within Despair and sets a trap. Mira tries to prevent Despair's bombing plan based on Kurt's information, not knowing that it is a trap. However, a monster suddenly appears in front of Mira...! Will Secure No. 3 Mira Kanda be able to prevent the evil organization Despair from doing something wrong? ! [HAPPY END]

악의 조직 디스페어와 싸우는 형수전대 시큐어 레인저의 홍일점 시큐어 3호 칸다 미라. 미라는 디스페어가 기획하는 「시라이시 박사 납치 계획」을 어떤 정보통으로부터의 정보에 의해 미연에 막는 것에 성공한다. 어떤 정보근… 그것은, 디스페어에 소속하는 괴인인 쿠르트…. 쿠르트는 디스페어 괴멸을 바라는 미라의 정보가게로 일하는 것이었다. 하지만 디스페어의 간부인 게이즈라는 디스페어 내부에 배신자가 있다는 것을 깨닫고 함정을 짓는다. 미라는 함정이라도 모르고 쿠르트의 정보를 바탕으로 디스페어의 폭파 계획을 막으려 한다. 하지만 미라 앞에 나타난 괴인이 갑자기… 과연, 시큐어 3호 간다 미라는 악의 조직 디스페어의 부정을 막을 수 있을까… !
