Masked Investigator Night Angel, popular newscaster Elisa Hammond, succeeds in obtaining evidence of Akrodish's wrongdoing. As a countermeasure, Acrodish tries to capture Elisa Hammond in order to make her say that the video she took is a fake video that she herself fabricated in order to get some special information. However, Elisa Hammond transforms into a masked investigator, Night Angel, and fights against the members of Acrodish. Night Angel brilliantly defeats the members. A military machine appears at that time. Night Angel fights against the military machine, but... What will be the fate of the masked investigator Night Angel? ! [HAPPY END]

クリーンエネルギー事業を行う大企業アクロディッシュ。だが、その裏の顔は戦争を引き起こし軍事兵器を売りさばく悪の組織だった。仮面捜査官ナイトエンジェルこと人気キャスター「エリサ・ハモンド」は、アクロディッシュの悪事の証拠を掴むことに成功する。アクロディッシュは、その対応策としてエリサ・ハモンドが撮った映像は、特ダネ欲しさに彼女自身が捏造した偽ものの映像であると言わせる為、エリサ・ハモンドを捕らえようとする。だが、エリサ・ハモンドは仮面捜査官ナイトエンジェルへと姿をかえ、アクロディッシュの構成員と戦う。華麗に構成員たちを倒していくナイトエンジェル。その時現れる軍事用マシーン。ナイトエンジェルはその軍事マシーンと戦うが…。仮面捜査官ナイトエンジェルの運命や如何に…？！［HAPPY END］
청정 에너지 사업을 실시하는 대기업 아크로디쉬. 하지만, 그 뒤의 얼굴은 전쟁을 일으켜 군사무기를 팔아 사악한 조직이었다. 가면 수사관 나이트 엔젤 인기 캐스터 '엘리사 하몬드'는 아크로디시의 부정의 증거를 잡는 데 성공한다. 아크로디시는, 그 대응책으로서 엘리사·하몬드가 찍은 영상은, 특단 욕망에 그녀 자신이 날조한 가짜 것의 영상이라고 말하게 하기 때문에, 엘리사·하몬드를 잡으려고 한다. 하지만 엘리사 하몬드는 가면 수사관 나이트 엔젤로 모습을 바꾸어 아크로디시의 구성원과 싸운다. 화려하게 구성원들을 쓰러뜨리는 나이트 엔젤. 그때 나타나는 군사용 머신. 나이트 엔젤은 그 군사 머신과 싸우지만… 가면수사관 나이트엔젤의 운명이나 여하튼…? !
