This DVD is a lecture video for those who will be active as the heroines of the Sentai Squadron of Justice to learn the knowledge and techniques that will be useful when they are captured by the enemy. We will explain in order: 1. What to do when you are captured by the enemy, 2. How to deal with the enemy's accusations, and 3. Points to note that beginners often have. If you watch this, you will be able to react calmly even if you are captured by the enemy. However, there is a risk of losing your life if you are captured by the enemy. Therefore, even if you watch this DVD, please be careful not to get captured by the enemy and live your future life as a sentai heroine.
