第一話。結婚して40年。三郎の現役時代は高度経済成長の波に乗り、日々の生活は息つく暇もなかった。その夫を献身的に支えてきた房江。三郎は定年後、妻を温泉旅行に誘った。今まで夫婦水入らずの時間など無く仕事優先で走り続けてきた彼の、妻に対する細やかな恩返しだった。「これからも同じ道を歩いて行こう」と改めて誓った二人は一緒に温泉に入り食事をし、床を共にするのであった。夜が明けるまで燃え上がった二人の新しい「愛のおもひで」は終わることはない。第二話。20歳で会社に入社し不景気もあったが仕事に打ち込み会社を支えてきた孝明。そんな彼の真面目さに惹かれ結婚した奈美。定年退職を迎え、自身の人生に一つの区切りをつけた孝明は妻を温泉旅行に誘った。今まで何も言わずついてきてくれた妻に対する感謝の気持ちだった。もともと夜の営みはほとんど無い夫婦だったが、二人の心と体はより深く、強く結びついていく。
첫 이야기. 결혼하고 40년. 사부로의 현역 시대는 고도 경제성장의 파도를 타고 일상 생활은 숨쉬는 여유도 없었다. 그 남편을 헌신적으로 지지해 온 방강. 사부로는 정년 후 아내를 온천 여행에 초대했다. 지금까지 부부 수입 없이 시간 등 없이 일 우선으로 달려온 그의 아내에 대한 섬세한 은혜였다. “앞으로도 같은 길을 걸어가자”고 다시 맹세한 두 사람은 함께 온천에 들어가 식사를 하고, 바닥을 함께 하는 것이었다. 밤이 밝을 때까지 불타오른 두 사람의 새로운 '사랑의 떡'은 끝나지 않는다. 제2화. 20세에 회사에 입사해 불경기도 있었지만 일에 박아 회사를 지지해 온 타카아키. 그런 그의 진지함에 매료되어 결혼한 나미. 정년퇴직을 맞아 자신의 인생에 하나의 구분을 붙인 효명은 아내를 온천여행에 초대했다. 지금까지 아무 말도 하지 않고 따라온 아내에 대한 감사의 마음이었다. 원래 밤의 영업은 거의 없는 부부였지만, 두 사람의 마음과 몸은 더 깊고 강하게 연결되어 간다.
