Yusaku, an aspiring doctor who is attending medical school, is introduced to his uncle who runs a clinic in the countryside, and ends up helping out at the clinic during the summer vacation. While being shown around the clinic, Yusaku spots a beautiful girl, Kotoha, who he rode on the train with on the way there. She was also a patient at the clinic. However, for some reason, Kotoha has closed off her heart to her uncle and his daughter...
