Takara Gyoku Sentai Luminous X is an elite unit that protects peace on Earth by using a hidden energy that only responds to women. Following Luminous Pink Marika Amagi, even Luminous Blue Aoi Kirishima, who went to rescue Marika, falls into the hands of the enemy. Luminous Yellow, Sayaka Mitsumune, who is Luminous X's last stronghold after returning from Paris, heads to rescue her two companions. However, what was waiting for Sayaka were the three major monsters Antoga, Signaluga, and Almajiga, as well as the evil female executives Atraze and Aoi and Marika, who had become Marigarje. Sayaka fights to bring the two back to their senses, but is overwhelmed by the power of the three great monsters and is defeated. Waiting for Sayaka, who became a prisoner, was Aoi's lesbian lover, who had romantic feelings for Sayaka.
