Giant Heroine (R) Hyper Annie Shoko Otani
The space warrior Hyper Mummy has gone missing. Her younger sister, Hyper Annie, arrives on Earth in search of her sister and joins the Earth Guard as Earthling Sana Hayama. Sana transforms into Hyper Annie and successfully defeats the monster Tatan that is destroying the city. The person who was giving orders to Tatan was an alien named Spellmen who had clues about his sister. Sana and Captain Matsumura meet Dr. Ishimoto, the scientist behind the Earth escape plan, but because Sana is in possession of Hyper Annie's alpha capsule, she is suspected and subjected to humiliating torture. Dr. Ishimoto's true identity is actually a Spermen alien. Captain Matsumura's body and mind are taken over and he turns into an Alien Kimblue, and Sana = Hyper Annie has to fight against the captain she respects. Will Hyper Annie be able to find her sister Hyper Mummy and protect the peace on Earth? ? [BAD END]

宇宙の戦士ハイパーマミーの行方が分からなくなった。妹のハイパーアニーは姉を探しに地球へたどり着き、地球人・葉山紗奈として地球警護隊に所属する。街を破壊する怪獣タターンを、紗奈はハイパーアニーに変身して見事に退治。タターンに指令を出していたのは、姉の手がかりを持つスペルメン星人だった。紗奈と松村隊長は地球脱出計画の科学者・石本博士と会うが、紗奈がハイパーアニーのアルファカプセルを所持していたことから、嫌疑にかけられ、紗奈は屈辱的な拷問にかけられてしまう。石本博士の正体はなんとスペルメン星人だったのだ。松村隊長は肉体と精神を乗っ取られ、キンブルー星人に変わり果て、尊敬する隊長と戦わなければならない紗奈=ハイパーアニー。ハイパーアニーは、姉のハイパーマミーを見つけ、地球の平和を守ることが出来るのだろうか！？［BAD END］
우주의 전사 하이퍼 마미의 행방을 모르게 되었다. 여동생의 하이퍼 애니는 누나를 찾아 지구에 도착해, 지구인·하야마 사나로서 지구 경호대에 소속한다. 거리를 파괴하는 괴수 타턴을, 사나는 하이퍼 애니로 변신해 훌륭하게 퇴치. 타턴에게 지령을 내고 있던 것은, 언니의 단서를 가진 스페르멘 성인이었다. 사나와 마츠무라 대장은 지구 탈출 계획의 과학자·이시모토 박사를 만나지만, 사나가 하이퍼 애니의 알파 캡슐을 소지하고 있었기 때문에, 혐의에 걸려, 사나는 굴욕적인 고문에 걸려 버린다. 이시모토 박사의 정체는 무려 스페르멘 성인이었던 것이다. 마츠무라 대장은 육체와 정신을 빼앗겨 킨블루 성인으로 바뀌고, 존경하는 대장과 싸워야 하는 사나=하이퍼 애니. 하이퍼 애니는 언니의 하이퍼 마미를 찾아 지구의 평화를 지킬 수 있을까! ?
