Akazawa, who directed the blue film ``The Wind Rises,'' usually worked at a branch office of the ward office. At work, he seems to be a dull middle-aged man, but when it comes to making movies, he has an unusual obsession and never doubts that his work is a work of art. His passion was driven by his feelings for Tamiko, who played the young wife in ``The Wind Rises.''

ブルーフィルム「風立ちぬ」を監督した赤沢は、普段は区役所の出張所に勤めていた。職場では冴えない中年という感じだが、映画作りのこととなると異常な執念を燃やし、自分の作品は芸術作品として疑わないのだった。「風立ちぬ」で若妻を演じた民子への想いが彼の情熱を駆り立てていた…。
블루 필름 '바람이 서지 않는다'를 감독한 아카사와는 평소에는 구청의 출장소에 근무했다. 직장에서는 할 수 없는 중년이라는 느낌이지만, 영화 제작이 되면 비정상적인 집념을 태워 자신의 작품은 예술 작품으로서 의심하지 않았다. 「바람이 서지 않는다」로 젊은 아내를 연기한 민자에 대한 마음이 그의 열정을 몰고 있었다…
