The screenplay is an original by Shukuro Ishido, who directed ``A Story Written in Water,'' and the director is Akio Jissoji, who has directed many excellent works with his sharp sense of visuals to the CRT screen. The cinematography was handled by Jakuzo Inagaki and Masao Nakahori.

日本的風土の中での近親相姦を通じて、人間の精神の原鉱を探ろうとした意欲作！脚本は「水で書かれた物語」の石堂淑朗のオリジナル、監督はその鋭い映像感覚で数々の秀作をブラウン管に送って来た、「宵闇せまれば」の実相寺昭雄の長篇第一作。撮影は稲垣涌三と中堀正夫が担当。
일본적 풍토 속에서의 근친 상간을 통해, 인간의 정신의 원광을 찾아내려는 의욕작! 각본은 「물로 쓰여진 이야기」의 이시도 숙로의 오리지널, 감독은 그 날카로운 영상 감각으로 수많은 수작을 브라운관에 보내 온, 「어둠 놓으면」의 실상사 아키오의 장편 제1작. 촬영은 이나가키 료조와 나카호리 마사오가 담당.
