真佐子と恭平は結婚35年目を迎える還暦夫婦である。二人は神奈川県の川崎市に構える自宅にて人生の晩年を静かに送っている。ある日二人の元に報せが届く。昔、二人がまだ恋人同士だったころに、一緒によく遊んだ高橋夫妻の訃報だった。今はもうメッキリ会わなくなっていたが、その報せを聞いて情熱と活気に満ちていた昔の思い出が蘇る。高橋夫妻を偲ぶ意味もこめて、かつて4人で旅行に行った思い出の地に向かうのだった。
마사코와 쿄헤이는 결혼 35년째를 맞이하는 환력 부부이다. 두 사람은 가나가와현의 가와사키시에 있는 집에서 인생의 만년을 조용히 보내고 있다. 어느 날 두 사람의 근원에 보상이 닿는다. 옛날, 두 사람이 아직 연인끼리였을 무렵, 함께 잘 놀던 타카하시 부부의 후보였다. 지금은 이제 도금리 만나지 않게 되었지만, 그 보상을 듣고 열정과 활기찬 옛 추억이 되살아난다. 다카하시 부부를 조롱하는 의미도 담아 한때 4명이 여행을 떠난 추억의 땅으로 향하는 것이었다.
